Last updated: June 24, 2026

These terms describe the basic rules for using Gradio Global Radio, including user-added audio source URLs, public directory import, and source correction or removal.

Service Use

Gradio is intended for lawful personal use and legitimate business use. You may use the app to listen to audio source URLs that you have the right or permission to access.

User-Added Sources

The app does not include audio sources by default. If you add an audio source URL or import a public radio directory, you are responsible for confirming that you have the right or permission to access those sources.

Third-Party Content

Gradio does not host, download, record, convert, or redistribute third-party audio content. Audio sources, names, homepages, streams, and programming remain the property of their respective owners.

Source Availability

Source availability depends on the respective station or stream provider. We do not guarantee that any source will remain available, and we may remove, disable, or update sources that are unavailable, disputed, unlawful, or inconsistent with the service.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Gradio to violate laws, rights, permissions, service security, or third-party terms. You must not use the app to access or share sources that you are not permitted to use.
