Gradio Global Radio Privacy Policy

Gradio Global Radio helps users listen to global radio stations and view live subtitles where available. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Use

The app may use basic technical information required to provide the service, such as network requests, IP address, device identifiers created for app functionality, playback status, favorite stations, pinned stations, and diagnostic logs.

User-Added Audio Sources

If you add an audio source URL or import a public radio directory, we may process the source metadata needed to provide the service, such as the station name, stream URL, homepage, language, country, tags, favorite or pinned status, playback reliability, and import status.

Account Information

If you sign in, we may process account details needed to operate the account, such as display name, email address, Apple sign-in identifier, avatar URL, and subscription or account status.

Audio and Subtitles

Radio streams are provided by third-party station sources. Subtitle and playback requests may be processed by our service to deliver synchronized text, improve reliability, verify station ownership or takedown requests, and respond to support or removal inquiries.

Advertising and Tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising tracking or the Apple advertising identifier.

Data Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers to host and operate the service. Information is shared only as needed to provide, secure, debug, and maintain the app.

Retention

Operational logs and service data are kept only as long as needed for service operation, troubleshooting, security, and legal requirements.

Source Corrections and Removal

Rights holders, authorized representatives, and users may request correction or removal of an audio source. We may remove, disable, or update sources that are unavailable, disputed, unlawful, or inconsistent with the service.
