Content Sources and Removal Policy

Gradio Global Radio helps users listen to audio source URLs they add. This page explains how user-provided audio sources work and how rights holders can request updates or removal.

User-Provided Audio Sources

Gradio does not include audio sources by default. Users can add their own audio source URLs or manually import a public radio directory when the account has that permission. Users are asked to add or import only sources they have the right or permission to access.

Audio Content

Audio streams are provided by the source URLs added by users. Gradio does not host, download, record, convert, or redistribute third-party audio content. Source availability depends on the respective station or stream provider, and Gradio does not guarantee that any source will remain available.

Rights and Ownership

Audio sources, names, homepages, streams, and programming remain the property of their respective owners. Adding a source URL in Gradio does not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Gradio.

Acceptable Use

Gradio is intended for lawful personal use and legitimate business use. Users are responsible for the source URLs they add or import and must not use the app to access or share sources in a way that violates laws, rights, or permissions.

Reporting and Removal

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and want an audio source corrected or removed, please contact us with the source name, stream URL or homepage, and the requested action. We will review valid requests and remove, disable, or update affected entries when appropriate. We may also remove or block sources at our discretion when they are unavailable, disputed, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy.
