World clock wallpaper for macOS desktops and Apple TV displays, with an in-app dashboard edition for iPhone and iPad.
GradTime is designed primarily as world clock wallpaper for the Mac desktop and a full-screen wallpaper-style display for Apple TV. On Apple TV the display runs while the app is open and does not replace the tvOS Home Screen or system screensaver. iPhone and iPad use an in-app dashboard.
Tap the dashboard to reveal controls, then open Settings. Choose General, Appearance, Time & Daylight, World Clocks, News, or Radio. Save settings applies your changes; Close discards them.
GradTime shows headlines published within the last 15 minutes and checks for updates every minute. If no fresh headline is available, the last cached headline remains visible. If no headline has ever been cached, the news area is hidden. Check your internet connection and try another news language.
Search for a station by name, country, or language and select it before pressing Play. Broadcaster or network issues can interrupt playback. Try another station. Lock Screen and Control Center playback controls are supported.
A sleep timer can stop radio playback. Scheduled starts require the application to be active: iOS does not allow GradTime to wake a suspended application.
In Appearance, open Background gallery and choose an image using the system photo picker. Imported images are stored on your device. GradTime changes its own dashboard background and cannot replace your system wallpaper.
Your dashboard preferences, favorites, and imported images are stored on your device. Clock and map features can be used offline. News and radio require an internet connection.

Use a directional button on the Siri Remote to reveal controls. Open Settings, choose a solid background color or a gallery image, and Save. Local gallery uploads use a phone or Mac on the same Wi-Fi network. Images remain on Apple TV.
